Fluid Technology for Tyres - OTR ski

OTR - SKI is a light viscosity fluid used in tyres fitted to Off The Road equipment where there is a need to protect the tyre from air loss and overheating, while also protecting rims from corrosion.

OTR - SKI (S) Seals porosity leaks and pinholes. - (K) Cools the tyre by flood coating the inner surface area of the tyre chamber to evenly transfer heat away from hot spots. (I) Inhibits corrosion of the wheel and protects the inner liner and tyre repairs from ozone damage.

As the tyre rotates and flexes it generates an electrostatic charge that builds up in the tyre generating a differential of energy between the tyre and wheel.

This energy differential (negative and positive imbalance) seeks to equalise causing intermittent electrostatic sparks to jump from the tyre to the wheel passing through the atmosphere in the tyre chamber thereby generating ozone, a highly unstable acid forming gas.

Trydel's OTR - SKI is the only light viscosity fluid with acidic gas absorbing properties. The patent pending ozone absorbing technology developed by Trydel is incorporated in OTR - SKI making it completely safe to use in the tyre chamber.
