Tyre Safety Inflation Cage
In 1996 we were asked by the industry to provide a tyre safety inflation cage that would meet with work place health and safety requirements. After 6 months of material research and engineering consultancy, our designed cage was fully inspected and blast tested by WorkCover NSW, resulting in Australia’s only fully tested and certified tyre safety inflation cage. Since then we have developed three certified cage sizes to meet with different workshop requirements, we have also designed and manufactured specially built cages, to suit earthmoving and aircraft tyres.

RLM-201S - 1200 x 1210 x 600mm for light truck & truck to 1000 x 20/ 295 - 80 x 22.5
RLM-201 – 1500 x 1500 x 600mm for L/truck & H/truck to 1400 x 20”
RLM-202 – 1500 x 1500 x 1200mm twin bay for L/truck & H/truck to 1400 x 20”

RLM-201E – 1800 x 1750 x 850mm for Earthmover tyres up to 23.5 x 25”
RLM-201H – 1200 x 1200 x 650mm fully enclosed with pressure wave refraction panels, to suit helicopter-landing wheels inflated with high-pressure nitrogen.
