Our standard range of tyre pressure gauges made available from leading American and European manufacturers are very good in most situations, but aren’t always suited to Australian conditions, or work the way you want them to. RLM can change, tweak, modify, or develop a special gauge style to meet your requirements and working conditions.

Designed for heavy transport and mining industries, using a quality German made liquid filled dial gauge, 0 – 160 psi in a choice of 2 or 5 psi increments, shock resistant rubber gauge head protector, fixed to a heavy duty flexible hose, with swivel head fitting and a dual foot straight head air chuck to suit alloy wheels. Gauge assembly can be certified and recalibrated.

This is a purpose built gauge for the earthmoving and mining industries where tyres have a liquid coolant or sealant installed. Standard gauges fail prematurely when contaminated by the installed products. For this we have developed a gauge with a filtration block assembly to trap the contaminating materials. We also added a longer hose for easier valve access, and attached the large bore tyre chuck via a quick connect open-ended hydraulic coupler. This can be disconnected after a pressure check to allow any contaminating fluids to drain out. It has a 63mm easy to read dial face in 2 lbs increments with a rubber gauge head protector, the whole assembly is lightweight yet robust, and can be recalibrated.

A standard bore dual foot air chuck with matching coupler can be added, making this gauge assembly even more versatile.
